Should I Subscribe To Lawyerup?

I was recently reading about a new attorney service based out of the Northeast, in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island, that allows an individual to pay a monthly fee to be connected with a lawyer in "no time." I am all about providing a service to the public, but I do not see this catching on in Texas. Assuming that there are no ethical issues by having clients referred to an attorney by a company that is charging a fee there are stil issues with the service. The service boasts how a lawyer could quickly help through the maze of issues when someone gets arrested, but that is already available to the public. There are plenty of blogs in Houston that discuss the bonding issues that come up. Also, most lawyers I know would tell their client to remain silent if they ever find themselves in police custody. Another thing to keep in mind is that attorneys are not allowed to bond a client out of jail in Harris County, Texas. If someone merely needs to bond someone out of jail they need to contact a bonding company not a criminal defense lawyer. I have some other concerns about the service. For example, how are attorneys selected to be on the roll call? If it were me, I would prefer to research attorneys on my own to come up with the best lawyer that would suits my needs.
