My Dog Takes Over The Photo Shoot

My clients that read this blog have requested that I post more personal information so people can learn more about me outside of the area of criminal law. I understand that, but I think most people come to this blog to know what is going on in Houston, Texas in the criminal defense arena. Recently, it came time to do our holiday pictures and my wife thought this would be fun to include our dog, Dawson, our Golden Retriever in the pictures. I was hesitant about bringing our dog to a photo shoot. While he is a well behaved dog I did not know how he would do in a strange environment. It's very normal to take him on walks and dog parks but going to a photo studio is new territory for him. We even refrain from taking him to a kennel when we travel, opting for a housesitter instead. Yes, my wife spoils our dog. I must admit that Dawson exceeded my expectations. The camera caught his sweet nature and I swear he was smiling in just about every shot. He was a natural.
