The Buck Stops With Me

As you may have noticed recently there have been a few changes to this website. As the owner of a law firm there are many responsibilites. I have to make sure that my staff is happy while also doing a job well done. Everyone at my office has their own set of duties. At the forefront of these duties is that the client is taken care of and all of their needs are met. As the owner of this law firm if someone does not feel like their needs are being met please do not hesitate to let me know.

When I worked at large civil law firms in the past the client's needs were often disregarded because "the lawyer or staff knew best." That should not be the case in the criminal law field and is definitely not the attitude in my law firm. I believe that in criminal defense it should be a collaborative effort. The client must feel comfortable telling us every detail surrounding their case. The client and us must work closely to beat the charges. It must be a team effort that starts from the first time we meet until the case is closed.
