Change Is Good

For those of you that visit this blog or website regularly you will be noticing some significant changes. One of the most obvious changes is the blog is now The Martinez Law Firm. This comes about after Mario and I decided to end our business partnership after 12 years. We were lucky to enjoy one of the longest and successful criminal defense partnerships in Houston. We matured as lawyers and people together. I am sure we will continue to assist each other in the future.

From the 1st of October onwards I will be the sole owner of The Martinez Law Firm. When a client enters my office they will know exactly who is handling their case. When the client has a legal question I will be the attorney answering their questions. On occassion, there may be other lawyers or staff memebers assisting me on cases, but when I am not in trial I will be at all my clients court settings.
