Marijuana Case On 4/20

Of course, as a Houston Marijuana Lawyer, it is fairly typical to be representing someone on 4/20. For those that are searching for the answer to "what is 4/20?" or "why did my son just say 'happy 4/20?' April 20th is celebrated as a National "Weed" smoke out. I doubt that anyone that does not smoke marijuana regularly will choose to light up "Dave Chappelle style" for this day. One day of smoking in a state like Texas that does not allow citizens to legally smoke marijuana even if they obtain a prescription can cause some harsh consequences. Most of my clients charged with marijuana possession are more upset with getting their driver's license suspended then having a conviction on their record. Today's client was no different, he wanted to make sure that he kept driving legally.
