In Texas, the government has three ways to prove that you were driving while intoxicated. Number one, they must prove that your blood alcohol level was over .08. Number two, they can prove they’re intoxicated by showing that you lost the normal use of your physical faculties, or thirdly that you lost the normal use of your mental faculties.
